Two new interfaces have been added to the Kia Certification Program managed by Motive Retail. Effective immediately labor time standards will now be available to all certified DSPs for integration with their DMS. In addition, a DMS interface for accessing vehicle service history, recalls and campaign information will provide greater speed and efficiency for dealers during the repair write-up and service appointment processes.
These new interfaces represent a continued commitment by Kia Motors America to deliver value to their dealerships by enhancing the interactions between systems and eliminating redundant, manual processes for their dealers. All integration testing and certification activities will be supported by Motive Integrator and final specifications will be available for DSPs on June 7, 2010.
